摘  要:本文通过测试数据,探讨基于性能衰减的船舶机电设备寿命预测与评估。选取不同型号、规格的船舶部分典型机电设备作为研究对象,通过其性能检测和环境监测,分析设备的性能数据变化趋势,发现设备的性能衰减与影响因素的关联关系,提出一种基于性能衰减规律的船舶机电设备寿命预测与评估方法,为船舶机电设备的维护保养计划提供可靠依据。This article explores the design method for carrying out the life prediction&evaluation of marine electromechanical equipment based on performance degradation through experimental data.The experiment selected ship electromechanical equipment of different models and specifications as the research object,and collected&analyzed the performance data change trend of the equipment through performance testing and environmental monitoring.Through analysis of the data,it was found that the performance degradation pattern of the equipment is closely related to environmental factors and usage conditions.Based on these findings,this article proposes a life prediction model for marine electromechanical equipment based on performance degradation laws,which can provide important basis for the maintenance and management of ship electromechanical equipment.
