德日竞技篮球崛起的经验及启示

摘　　要：深入研究国外竞技篮球发展经验并从中汲取启示,是推动我国竞技篮球改革发展的重要途径。运用文献资料、比较分析等方法,对德日竞技篮球快速崛起的经验进行梳理并总结,以期为推动我国竞技篮球改革和发展提供有益启示。认为德日竞技篮球快速崛起的经验包括:激发活力的市场机制助力竞技篮球健康有序发展;全面覆盖的青训选拔培养体系夯实后备人才基础;系统优化的精英教练员培养模式为篮球发展赋能;多元一体的支持系统为竞技参赛全过程提供保障。依据德日篮球崛起的经验凝练出对我国的有益启示有:探索竞技篮球多元协同治理机制,重点推进CBA联赛深度变革发展;健全篮球青训体系的选拔与培养,全面提升国内球员个人技术水平;优化各级别教练员培养考核制度,促进基层和精英教练员两翼发展;打造竞技篮球立体化式保障体系,深入提供全方位的信息技术支持。It is an important way to promote the reform and development of Chinese competitive basketball to study the development experience of foreign competitive basketball deeply and draw inspiration from it.By means of literature,comparative analysis and other methods,this paper reviews and summarizes the experience of the rapid rise of German and Japanese competitive basketball in order to provide useful enlightenment for promoting the reform and development of Chinese competitive basketball.The research shows that the experience of the rapid rise of German and Japanese competitive basketball includes:the stimulating market mechanism helps the healthy and orderly development of competitive basketball;The comprehensive coverage of youth training selection and training system strengthens the reserve talent base;The systematic optimization of elite coach training mode enables the development of basketball;The diversified and integrated support system provides guarantee for the whole process of competitive competition.According to the experience of the rise of German and Japanese basketball,the beneficial enlightenment for China is as follows:exploring the diversified cooperative governance mechanism of competitive basketball,focusing on promoting the deep reform and development of CBA league;Improve the selection and training of basketball youth training system,improve the individual skills of domestic players;Optimize the training and evaluation system of coaches at all levels,and promote the development of grass-roots and elite coaches;Create a three-dimensional security system for competitive basketball,and provide comprehensive information technology support.
