摘 要:为对比研究高掺量胶粉改性沥青混合料疲劳性能,选取5种不同类型混合料级配和3种改性沥青设计出8种沥青混合料进行疲劳试验。结果表明:1)高掺量胶粉改性沥青混合料路用性能较SBS改性沥青类混合料优越;2)40%胶粉改性沥青不同级配类型混合料疲劳性能整体优于30%胶粉改性沥青混合料,且疲劳性能优势随着应变水平提高呈先增大后减小的趋势;3)相较SBS改性沥青类混合料,胶粉改性沥青混合料疲劳性能具有明显的优势;4)随着公称最大粒径增大,同一掺量胶粉改性沥青其不同级配类型混合料的疲劳性能呈下降趋势,且随着应变水平增加,疲劳寿命逐渐降低。In order to compare and study the fatigue performance of high content rubber powder modified asphalt mixtures,5 different types of mixture gradation and 3 types of modified asphalt were selected to design 8 types of asphalt mixtures for fatigue testing.The results show that:1)The road performance of high content rubber powder modified asphalt mixture is superior to that of SBS modified asphalt mixture;2)The fatigue performance of 40%rubber powder modified asphalt mixtures with different grading types is generally better than that of 30%rubber powder modified asphalt mixtures,and the fatigue performance advantage shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the increase of strain level;3)Compared to SBS modified asphalt mixtures,rubber powder modified asphalt mixtures have significant advantages in fatigue performance;4)As the nominal maximum particle size increases,the fatigue performance of different grading types of asphalt mixtures with the same amount of rubber powder modified asphalt shows a downward trend,and as the strain level increases,the fatigue life gradually decreases.
