中式景观亭、廊建筑新材料与工艺的应用研究

摘　　要：传统的中式景观包含亭、廊、轩、榭和舫等元素,实施过程中须采用大量的木材,因施工的成本高、工艺复杂、防火及防腐性能差以及维修养护成本高等缺点在施工中很难普及。应用仿木质的建筑材料对于降低成本和缩短施工期非常必要。该文以2个中式别墅居住小区的景观项目为例,对居住小区的景观要素——亭、廊进行研究。介绍应用不同材料的工艺流程,并对比分析相同尺寸和造型的亭廊分别采用木质、铝合金或镀锌钢材质进行施工的材料成本、施工周期及维修成本差异。该研究为中式景观项目的新材料应用提供依据。The traditional Chinese landscape consists of pavilions,corridors,porches,pavilions,boats and other elements,and a large amount of wood must be used in the implementation process.The shortcomings of high construction cost,complex technology,poor fire and anti-corrosion performance and high maintenance cost are difficult to popularize in construction.The application of wood-like building materials is necessary to reduce the cost and shorten the construction period.Taking the landscape projects of two Chinese-style villas as examples,this paper studies the landscape elements-pavilions and corridors.The technological process of applying different materials is introduced,and the differences in material cost,construction period and maintenance cost of wood,aluminum alloy or galvanized steel for the same size and shape of pavilions are compared and analyzed.This study provides a basis for the application of new materials in Chinese landscape projects.
