摘 要:车辆引擎盖锁扣是汽车非常重要的安全部件,对汽车的行驶安全和防盗有着重要影响。该文基于惠斯通电桥原理和三分力传感器,分别设计采集锁扣力数据的2种方案;根据用户使用场景,设计锁扣力的采集工况,并分别使用2种方案对设计工况进行数据采集;对2种方案的数据进行对比分析,结果表明,基于三分力传感器的采集方案能够更好地反映锁扣力的数据信息。The hood latch of a vehicle is a very important safety component that has a significant impact on the driving safety and anti-theft of the vehicle.This paper designs two schemes for collecting lock force data based on the Wheatstone bridge principle and the three component force sensor;based on user usage scenarios,the collection working conditions of lock buckle force were designed,and two different schemes were used to collect data for the design working conditions;the data of the two schemes are compared and analyzed.The results show that the acquisition scheme based on the three-component sensor can better reflect the data information of the locking force.
