摘 要:目前,我国的粮食储备主要有平房仓、浅园仓、立筒仓和钢板仓等多种型式,储粮方式南方以温控和气调储粮为主、北方以温控或自控通风储粮为主。近几年,在国家粮食储备库、中央储备粮直属库、四川省等开展低温或准低温储粮,使用的仓型多为平房仓、浅园仓、钢板仓等,南方的种子公司、中小粮库、粮食储运公司和大米加工企业多用低温保鲜仓和钢板仓等。中国有14亿人口,粮食需求量大,粮食每年轮换储存约3亿t左右,但储粮方式相对落后,仓储损失较大。日本等国家粮食仓储技术己相当成熟,几乎达到低温自动或智能化储粮水平,日本稻谷低温保鲜仓储已经有30多年的历史,非常重视稻谷的营养和食味。只有采用低温储粮才能实现节粮减损,增加收益。At present,there are many types of grain reserves in China,such as flat silos,shallow garden silos,vertical silos,steel silos and so on.Grain storage is mainly temperature-controlled and controlled atmosphere in the south and temperature-controlled or self-controlled ventilation in the north.In recent years,low-temperature or quasi-low-temperature grain storage has been carried out in the national grain reserve warehouse,the central grain reserve direct warehouse and Sichuan Province,and most of the warehouses used are flat warehouse,shallow garden warehouse,steel plate warehouse and so on.Seed companies,small and medium-sized grain depots,grain storage and transportation companies and rice processing enterprises in the south use low-temperature fresh-keeping warehouses and steel silos.China has a population of 1.4 billion;there is a great demand for grain,and the annual rotation storage of grain is about 300 million tons,but the grain storage mode is relatively backward and the storage loss is large.The grain storage technologies in countries such as Japan have been quite mature and have almost reached the level of low-temperature automatic or smart grain storage.Japanese rice low-temperature fresh-keeping storage has a history of more than 30 years and attaches great importance to the nutrition and taste of rice.Only by using low temperature grain storage can we reduce the grain consumption and increase the income.
