摘  要:灌输教育作为传播和发展马克思主义的重要方式,在思想政治教育领域中占有非常重要的地位。列宁在《怎么办》一书中详细论述了灌输理论,通过深入细致地进行文本解读,系统梳理列宁灌输理论的内容、方法及特征,对新时代新征程加强和改进思想政治教育工作具有坚持党对高校思想政治教育意识形态工作的核心领导地位,确保思想政治教育的政治引领功能;加强灌输主体能力建设,打造高素质专业化教师队伍;强化对灌输对象客体的理想信念教育,促进人的全面而自由的发展以及不断丰富创新灌输内容与方法,推动新时代思想政治教育高质量发展等方面的重要意义。As an important way to spread and develop Marxism,indoctrination education occupies a very important position in the field of ideological and political education.Lenin has discussed the theory of indoctrination in detail in the book What to Do,through in-depth and detailed text interpretation,it systematically sorted out the content,methods and characteristics of Lenin's theory of indoctrination,which will help strengthen and improve ideological and political education in the new era and on a new journey to uphold the Party's core leadership position in ideological and political education in colleges and universities and ensure the political leading function of ideological and political education,strengthening the indoctrination subject capacity construction,building high quality professional teachers.It is of great significance to strengthen the education of ideals and beliefs on the objects of indoctrination,promote the comprehensive and free development of people,constantly enrich and innovate the contents and methods of indoctrination,and promote the high-quality development of ideological and political education in the new era.
