摘  要:输电线路用钢化玻璃绝缘子自爆具有“早期暴露,逐年下降”的特点,某紧凑型500 kV输电线路跳线串钢化玻璃绝缘子在挂网运行5年后突然出现大面积异常自爆,结合运行环境、机械荷载、抽样试验、残锤剖检等方法对自爆原因进行分析。分析结果表明,此批次玻璃绝缘子产品的生产工艺存在缺陷,导致玻璃件存在质量瑕疵,清扫人员作业在作业过程中,外力作用在质量瑕疵的玻璃件上,引起钢化层进一步损伤,导致玻璃绝缘子异常自爆。对500 kV输电线路70 kN玻璃绝缘子开展空气中冲击击穿耐受试验,能有效检出质量瑕疵,以防止同类情况的发生。The self-explosion of tempered glass insulators used in transmission line has the characteristic of"early exposure and decreasing year by year".The tempered glass insulator of the jumper string of a 500 kV compact transmission line suddenly experienced a large-scale abnormal self-explosion after 5 years of grid operation.The cause of self-explosion is analyzed by combining with operation environment,mechanical load,sampling tests,residual hammer dissection and other methods.The analysis results show that there are defects in the production process of this batch of glass insulator products,which resulted in quality defects in the glass components.During the cleaning process,external forces act on glass components with quality defects,which caused further damage to the tempered layer and resulted in abnormal self-explosion of glass insulators.The air impact breakdown resistance test on 70 kN glass insulators for 500 kV transmission line can effectively detect quality defects and prevent similar situations from occurring again.
