摘　　要：使用脱硫石膏作为原材料,利用动态水热法制备α-半水石膏,通过改变有机酸和无机盐转晶剂的种类和掺量,测定试样的微观晶体形貌,从而分析不同种转晶剂种类及掺量对动态水热法制备α-半水石膏晶体形貌的影响。结果表明,采用脱硫石膏作为原材料,利用动态水热法制备α-半水石膏的时候,有机酸转晶剂的转晶效果优于无机盐转晶剂的转晶效果,另外无机盐转晶剂中起转晶效果的是金属阳离子,而不是硫酸根,并且金属阳离子转晶效果为M^(3+)>M^(2+)>M^(1+)。Using desulfurization gypsum as raw material,α-semi hydrated gypsum was prepared by dynamic hydrothermal method,by changing the type and dosage of crystal transformation agent,the microstructure of the sample was measured to analyze the effect of crystal transformation type and dosage on the preparation ofα-semi hydrated gypsum by using dynamic hydrothermal method.The results indicated that using dynamic hydrothermal method to prepareα-semi hydrated gypsum,the transformation effect of organic acids was better than that of inorganic salts.In inorganic salts,metal cations were responsible for the transformation effect,not sulfate ions,and M^(3+)>M^(2+)>M^(1+).
