摘　　要：建立一种西瓜霜清咽含片中薄荷酮、薄荷脑、异龙脑、龙脑的气相色谱分析方法。采用交联键和聚乙二醇作为固定相的毛细管柱,设定柱温程序升温条件:初始温度70℃,保持4 min,然后每分钟升温5~100℃并保持一段时间,随后以2℃/min的速率升温至140℃并保持3 min。进样使用1∶1分流比,进样口温度为40℃。氢气流速为40 mL/min,空气流速为400 mL/min,检测器温度为270℃。根据薄荷脑峰计算,理论板数应不低于1×10^(5)。结果表明西瓜霜清咽含片中薄荷酮、薄荷脑、异龙脑和龙脑的线性范围分别为0.034 05~0.544 7μg(r_(1)=1.000 0);0.118 2~1.892 0μg(r_(2)=1.000 0);0.023 95~0.383 2μg(r_(3)=1.000 0);0.040 45~0.647 4μg(r_(4)=1.000 0)平均回收率分别为:100%;102%;102%;101%。该方法的操作难度较小、方法可靠,结果准确、灵敏度高、重复性好,可作为西瓜霜清咽含片质量控制的方法。A gas chromatographic method for the determination of Menthone,Menthol,DL-Isoborneol and Bornol in Watermelon frost clear throat lozenges was established.The temperature of the capillary column with crosslinked bond and polyethylene glycol as the fixed phase was programmed to be heated.The initial temperature was 70℃for 4 min,the temperature was heated at 5℃per minute to 100℃for 2 min,and then the temperature was heated at 2℃per minute to 140℃for 3 min,and the flow rate of carrier gas was 3 mL/min.Shunt ratio was 1∶1 injection,inlet temperature was 240℃.The flow rate of hydrogen was 40 mL/min,the flow rate of air was 400 mL/min,and the detector temperature was 270℃.The number of theoretical plates calculated by menthol peak should not be less than 1×10^(5).The results indicated that the linear ranges of Menthone,Menthol,DL-Isoborneol and Bornol in Watermelon frost clear throat lozenges were 0.03405~0.05447μg(r_(1)=1.0000),respectively,0.1182~1.8920μg(r _(2)=1.0000),0.02395~0.3832μg(r_(3)=1.0000).The average recoveries of 0.04045~0.6474μg(r_(4)=1.0000)were 100%,102%,102%,101%,respectively.This method had the advantages of simple operation,high precision,good repeatability,strong stability and good durability.It was suitable for simultaneous determination of Menthone,Menthol,DL-Isoborneol and Bornol in Watermelon frost clear throat lozenges.
