摘  要:加热炉是常减压蒸馏装置的重要设备之一,加热炉的运行工况直接影响到装置的生产、耗能以及安全环保。本文针对中国石化安庆分公司Ⅰ套常减压蒸馏装置常压炉出现CEMS表烟尘超标现象,通过从燃料气组成、生产运行和设备、仪表运行等四个方面进行的全面分析,找出了常压炉烟气烟尘超标的原因是由于高压瓦斯罐容出口过滤器选型不合适,导致焦粉随燃料气一起进入常压炉燃烧所致,从而提出要求装置定期清理燃料气出口过滤器,并尽快更换合适选型的过滤器。Heating furnace is one of the important equipment in atmospheric and vacuum installation,the operating conditions of the heating furnace directly affect the production,energy consumption,and safety and environmental protection of the device.The phenomenon of CEMS meter dust exceeding the standard in the Atmospheric Pressure Furnace of the I-Atmospheric and Vacuum Installation unit of Sinopec Anqing Branch were analyzed from four aspects:the composition of fuel gas,production operation,equipment and instrument operation.It was found that the reason for the excessive smoke and dust in atmospheric furnace flue gas was due to the inappropriate selection of filter at the outlet of high-pressure gas tank capacity,which led to coke powder entering the atmospheric furnace for combustion together with fuel gas.Therefore,it was required that the device regularly clean the fuel gas outlet filtered and replaced it with a suitable filter as soon as possible.
