摘  要:热衰退是影响制动器稳定性的重要因素。运用ABAQUS/Explicit建立制动盘热-力耦合有限元模型分析热衰退机理,对制动盘与摩擦片进行有约束模态分析。仿真与研究表明,在模态分析中制动器边缘振动更加显著,振型多为轴向弯曲;振动恶化盘-片接触导致应力与温度梯度大、分布不均现象;实际制动工况下摩擦系数数值波动大。Thermal decay is an important factor affecting brake stability.The finite element model of thermal and mechanical coupling of brake disc is established with ABAQUS/Explicit to analyze thermal decay mechanism,and constrained modal analysis of brake disc and friction disc is carried out.Simulation and research show that the vibration of the brake edge is more obvious and mode of vibration is mostly axial bending in modal analysis.The vibration deteriorates the disk-plate contact resulting in large and uneven distribution of stress and temperature gradient.Value of friction coefficient fluctuates greatly under actual braking.
