摘　　要：随着各国汽车碰撞安全试验标准体系及试验方法的不断更新和发展,柔性三坐标测量仪在汽车碰撞试验中的应用范围日益增加,已经成为汽车碰撞试验的主要测试设备之一。文章简要梳理了柔性三坐标测量仪在汽车碰撞试验乘员舱侵入量测量、座椅调整、H点测定、假人定位、摄影标识定位、车辆碰撞参考线定位以及移动渐进可变形壁障(MPDB)测量等流程中的应用案例和方法,为即将从事汽车碰撞试验的工程技术人员了解柔性三坐标测量仪在汽车碰撞试验中的应用提供参考。With the continuous updating and development of the standard system and testing methods for car crash safety testing in various countries,the application scope of flexible coordinate measuring machine in automotive crash testing is increasing,and it has become one of the main testing equipment for automotive crash testing.This article briefly summarizes the application cases and methods of flexible coordinate measuring machine in automotive crash test processes,including compartment intrusion measurement,seat adjustment,H-point position measurement,dummy installment and measurement,photographic targets positioning,vehicle collision reference line positioning,and moving progressive deformable barrier(MPDB)honeycomb aluminum barrier deformation measurement.It provides a reference for engineering and technical personnel who are about to engage in automotive crash testing to understand the application of flexible coordinate measuring machine in automotive crash testing.
