摘 要:目前,中国已经成为世界上最大的单一汽车产销市场。中国市场上的乘用车白车身主流方案是以碳钢冲焊成型为主,每一款乘用车型从研发到正式批产都会先进行白车身试制生产验证,以确保白车身方案的结构及性能满足设计要求。白车身试制过程的总拼集成工序是其关键工序之一,常规量产的总拼生产线由于车型生产固定,如果调整生产车型需要投入大量的时间和人力,则不能适应白车身总拼试制柔性化、快速切换生产的需求。因此,对乘用车白车身总拼试制生产线研究对中国乘用车的试制生产开发能力提升具有重要意义。文章以某碳钢白车身总拼试制生产线为例,对该类型的总拼试制生产线布局及应用方案作详细的分析研究。At present,China has become the world's largest single automobile production and sales market.The mainstream solution of passenger car body in white in the Chinese market is based on carbon steel punching and welding forming,and every passenger model from research and development to formal batch production be tested first to ensure that the structure and performance of the body in white solution meet the design requirements.The general assembly and integration process is one of the key processes in the body in white trial production process.Due to the fixed production of vehicle models,the conventional mass production line can not meet the needs of flexible and rapid switching production if it needs a lot of time and manpower to adjust the production model.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the passenger car body in white total assembly trial production line for the improvement of China's passenger car trial production and development capacity.Taking a carbon steel body in white total assembly production line as an example,the layout and application of this type of production line are analyzed and studied in detail.
