摘  要:传统车身普遍采用钣金冲压成型、电阻焊连接的结构形式,而在特定的场景下,需要开发内部采用骨架支撑、外部覆盖蒙皮的结构形式的车身。但由于弧焊应力变形等原因,此类骨架的精度难以保证,为了研究导致骨架精度不足问题的原因及其改进方法,文章从零部件制作精度、焊接应力变形、结构设计以及基准选择等方面开展分析,总结并阐述了一款车身骨架焊接精度提升的方案。Traditional car bodies generally adopt a structure formed by sheet metal stamping and resistance welding.However,in certain scenarios,it is necessary to develop car bodies with a structure that uses a skeleton for internal support and a skin for external coverage.However,due to factors such as arc welding stress deformation,the accuracy of such skeletons is difficult to guarantee.In order to investigate the causes of the problem of insufficient skeleton accuracy and its improvement methods,this article analyzes from the aspects of component manufacturing accuracy,welding stress deformation,structural design,and benchmark selection,and summarizes and elaborates on a solution to improve the welding accuracy of a car body skeleton.
