摘 要:为进一步挖掘多微电网配电系统内各级主体的合作潜力以及改善系统能量供需关系,提出一种基于广义纳什议价的协同能量管理优化策略。根据配电网层、微电网层和用户层的利益交互关系将谈判过程分为两阶段:在第一阶段,配电网和多个微电网-用户子联盟进行协商,以实现各主体的协同优化运行以及合作剩余的分配;在第二阶段,各子联盟内部进行获益结算。考虑各主体的利益,建立对应的两阶段议价模型,通过引入议价能力实现各方利益的非对称分配。将第一阶段议价模型分解为系统效益最大化和收益分配2个子问题,并采用两块交替方向乘子法实现分布式求解。算例结果表明,所提策略可有效实现利益的合理分配,提升各主体的经济效益,并且有利于提高配电网电压质量和新能源消纳水平。In order to further tap the cooperation potential of each stakeholder and improve the balance of energy supply and demand in the multi-microgrid distribution system,a collaborative energy management optimization strategy based on generalized Nash bargaining is proposed.The negotiation process is divided into two stages according to the interest interaction among the distribution network layer,microgrid layer and user layer.In the first stage,the distribution network negotiates with multiple microgrid-user sub-alliances to realize coordinative optimal operation and surplus sharing of each stakeholder.In the second stage,the benefit settlement is performed within each sub-alliance.Considering the benefit of each stakeholder,a cor⁃responding two-stage bargaining model is built,and the benefits of all participants are asymmetrically dis⁃tributed by introducing the bargaining power.The first stage bargaining model is decomposed into two subproblems of maximization system benefit problem and benefit distribution,and the two-block alternating direc⁃tion method of multipliers is adopted to realize distributed solution.The example results show that the pro⁃posed strategy can effectively realize reasonable benefit distribution,improve the economic benefit of each stakeholder,and is helpful for improving the voltage quality of distribution network and renewable energy consumption level.
