遵义市中心城区应对极端干旱天气供水保障方案研究

摘　　要：城市供水是重要的民生工程,做好供水安全保障工作事关人民群众身体健康和社会问题。2022年8月以来,遵义市发生持续干旱,降雨匮乏,江河来水较历史同期偏少七成左右,中心城区供应原水的几大水库达到历史同期最低水位,供水告急。针对遵义市中心城区供水现状、存在问题及周边可利用水源情况,提出中心城区水源应对极端天气下的供水保障方案,通过水厂的优化调度,能满足极端干旱天气足额保供的供水目标。Urban water supply is an important livelihood project,and ensuring the safety of water supply is related to people's health and social issues.Since August 2022,Zunyi City has suffered from persistent drought and lack of rainfall.The water inflow from rivers has been about 70% less than the same period in history.Several major reservoirs supplying raw water in the central city have reached the lowest water levels in the same period in history,and the water supply is in emergency.In view of the current water supply situation,existing problems and available water sources in the surrounding areas of Zunyi,a water supply guarantee plan for the central city's water sources in response to extreme weather is proposed.Through the optimized dispatch of water plants,the water supply goal of ensuring full supply in extreme drought weather can be met.
