摘  要:为了分析双晶晶界的力学性能和氢原子的扩散规律及影响因素,建立双晶弹性本构模型,分析加载载荷,晶粒取向和材料属性对双晶晶界力学场和氢扩散的影响。结果表明,加载载荷对晶界处的应力差和氢浓度差有促进作用;随着晶体取向差的增大,晶界处的应力差和氢浓度差依次增大;在晶界处β钛合金的应力差值和氢浓度差值高于α钛合金。In order to analyze the mechanical properties of the twin grain boundary and the diffusion law of hydrogen atoms and the influencing factors,an elastic constitutive model of the twin crystal was established,and the effects of loading load,grain orientation and material properties on the mechanical field and hydrogen diffusion of the twin grain boundary were analyzed.The results show that the stress difference and the hydrogen concentration difference at the grain boundary are promoted by the loading load;with the increase of the crystal orientation difference,the stress difference and the hydrogen concentration difference at the grain boundary increase in turn;at the grain boundaryβtitanium alloy The stress difference and hydrogen concentration difference ofαare higher than those ofα-titanium alloy.
