摘　　要：简要介绍了目前高等级生物安全实验室空间及配套设备终末消毒常用的消毒模式。依据《消毒技术规范》(2002年版)制定消毒验证方案对某高等级生物安全实验室通风大系统消毒效果进行了验证与评价,并对实验室终末消毒方法进行了深入探讨,旨在为高等级生物安全实验室的终末消毒提供借鉴和参考。This paper briefly presents the commonly used disinfection modes of terminal disinfection of space and supporting equipment in high-level biosafety laboratories.According to the Disinfection technical specification(2002 edition),the disinfection verification methods are developed to verify and evaluate the disinfection effect of the ventilation system of a high-level biosafety laboratory,and the application of the disinfection mode to the terminal disinfection of the laboratory is discussed in depth,aiming to provide a reference for the terminal disinfection of the high-level biosafety laboratory.
