摘  要:为了制备注射用替考拉宁等渗组合物,需考察药液的澄清度及稳定性。作者采用分别加入不同比例的氯化钠和葡萄糖的方法,制备含替考拉宁的等渗组合物,考察其澄清度和稳定性。结果表明,在保持等渗的前提下,随着加入葡萄糖的量逐渐提高,氯化钠的量逐渐减少,组合物的澄清度明显提高,组合物的稳定性不变。Teicoplanin isotonic for injection was prepared and its turbidity and stability were investigated.The isotonic composition containing teicoplanin was prepared by adding sodium chloride and glucose.Under the condition of maintaining isotonic,as the amount of glucose increased gradually,the amount of sodium chloride decreased gradually,the clarity of the composition increased obviously,and the stability of the composition remained unchanged.The composition prepared by this method has good turbidity and stability.
