摘 要:采用传统氧化物烧结工艺制备高介电常数(ε′)钇铁石榴石铁氧体,考察不同烧结温度时Nb^(5+)取代对材料显微结构、晶相、密度(d)、气孔率(p)、晶格常数(a)、饱和磁化强度(4πM^(s))、铁磁共振线宽(ΔH)和介电常数等磁性能的影响。结果表明,Nb^(5+)取代使材料的晶粒尺寸略微增大;Nb^(5+)取代对材料的晶相无明显影响,均为石榴石纯相;1020℃烧结时,随着Nb^(5+)取代量x由0增大到0.075,4πM^(s)从1882 G减小到1741 G,ΔH从149.3 Oe增大到180.2 Oe,烧结体密度从5.83 g/cm^(3)减小到5.72 g/cm^(3),烧结体平均晶粒尺寸(D)从2.29μm增加到2.38μm,气孔率(p)从1.7%增大到3.0%,ε′无明显变化。High dielectric constant(ε′)yttrium iron garnet ferrites were prepared by traditional oxide sintering process.The effects of Nb^(5+)substitution on the microstructure,crystal phase,density(d),porosity(p),lattice constant(a),saturation magnetization(4πM^(s)),ferromagnetic resonance linewidth(ΔH)and dielectric constant of the materials sintered at different temperatures were investigated.The results show that Nb^(5+)substitution slightly increases the grain size of the material.Nb^(5+)substitution has no obvious effect on the crystal phase of the material,which is pure garnet phase.When sintered at 1020°C,with the increase of Nb^(5+)substitution amount x from 0 to 0.075,4πM^(s) decreases from 1882 G to 1741 G,ΔH increases from 149.3 Oe to 180.2 Oe,the density decreases from 5.83 g/cm^(3) to 5.72 g/cm^(3),the average grain size(D)increases from 2.29μm to 2.38μm,the porosity increases from 1.7%to 3.0%,andε′has no obvious change.
