摘 要:采用固相反应法制备NiZn和MnZn铁氧体,球磨后对FeSiAl磁粉进行联合包覆,经过压制成型、退火处理制备FeSiAl复合磁粉心。研究了联合包覆对粉心密度、磁导率和功率损耗的影响;同时对磁粉心磁谱进行测试和拟合,分析两种磁化机制对FeSiAl磁粉心磁导率的贡献。结果表明,采用两种铁氧体联合包覆方案,可以不明显降低复合磁粉心的磁导率,同时降低功率损耗。采用NiZn、MnZn铁氧体均0.5 wt%的联合包覆方案,制备的FeSiAl复合磁粉心密度为6.40 g/cm^(3),磁导率为74.4,在50 kHz、100 mT的测试条件下功率损耗为156.2 mW/cm^(3)。NiZn的高电阻率特性能够降低复合磁粉心的涡流损耗;MnZn通过影响畴壁位移和磁畴转动稳定复合磁粉心的磁导率。NiZn and MnZn ferrites were prepared via conventional ceramic method.Then by coating NiZn and MnZn ferrite the FeSiAl magnetic powder cores were prepared by pressing and subsequently annealing treatment.The effect of coating of NiZn and MnZn ferrite on density,permeability and power loss of FeSiAl powder core were studied.The samples’magnetic spectrum was tested and fitted,to study two magnetization mechanisms.The results show that the multiple ferrite joint coating can not significantly reduce the permeability of the composite magnetic core,and reduce the power loss.By coating 0.5 wt%of NiZn and MnZn ferrite,FeSiAl magnetic powder core was prepared featuring density of 6.40 g/cm^(3),permeability of 74.4 and power loss of 156.2 mW/cm^(3) at 50 kHz and 100 mT.The high resistivity of NiZn ferrite can reduce the eddy current loss of the magnetic powder cores.MnZn ferrite keeps the permeability of magnetic powder cores by affecting domain wall displacement and domain rotation.
