摘 要:基于有限元法对一体成型电感(典型规格6.6 mm×6.6 mm×3 mm)的磁场分布进行仿真分析,根据其磁场分布特点提出了电感等效磁路模型,并分析了线圈结构参数对一体成型电感的感值、直流叠加特性的影响。结果表明,在保持线圈匝数为8.5不变的条件下,线圈直径D由2.0 mm增至5.2 mm时,电感内部的总磁阻先减小后增大、感值相应地先增大后减小,在D=4.8 mm左右时总磁阻最小、感值最高;在使用相同磁心材料的情况下,线圈结构参数为N=10.5、D=3 mm(N10D3)和N=8.5、D=4 mm(N8D4)的电感具有相近的初始感值,但N8D4结构电感内部磁场分布比N10D3结构更均匀,表现出更优的直流叠加性能。The magnetic field distribution of the molded inductor(typical sizes of 6.6 mm×6.6 mm×3 mm)was firstly simulated using electromagnetic simulation software.Then the equivalent magnetic circuit model of the inductor was proposed and how the coil structure affects the inductance and DC superposition characteristics of molded inductor were analyzed in detail.When the coil diameter D increases from 2.0 mm to 5.2 mm while keeping the number of coil turns at 8.5,the total magnetic resistance inside the inductor first decreases and then increases,while the inductance value increases and then decreases.When D=4.8 mm,the total magnetic resistance and inductance reaches the minimum and maximum values,respectively.When using the same magnetic core material,the inductors with coil structure of N=10.5,D=3 mm(N10D3)and N=8.5,D=4 mm(N8D4)have similar initial inductance values,but the internal magnetic field distribution of the N8D4 inductor is more uniform than that of the N10D3 inductor,i.e.,exhibiting better DC superposition performance.
