摘 要:铁氧体配对磁心广泛应用于通讯设备电源中的功率半导体开关、变压器、电感器。对小型配对铁氧体磁心来说,较小的压应力会对其性能产生较大影响。首先考察了机械应力对高导和功率铁氧体磁心磁性能的影响,表明随压力增大,电感下降,饱和磁通密度变化较小,而矫顽力、损耗因数、总谐波失真(高导磁心)、功率损耗(功率磁心)增高。因此,在对小型配对磁心产品进行磁性能检测时,如果不能对其压应力有较好的控制,就会导致较大的测量误差。鉴于此,通过弹簧选择和核算、夹紧力调节灵敏度、定标等,设计了一套磁心测量夹紧装置,可消除由于夹紧力而引入的测量误差,具有较高的工程应用价值。Ferrite paired magnetic core is widely used in power semiconductor switches,transformers and inductors in power supply of communication equipment.For small paired magnetic core,small compressive stress will have a greater impact on its main magnetic performance.Firstly,the effect of mechanical stress on the magnetic properties of high conductivity and power ferrite core is investigated.The results show that with the increase of pressure,the inductance decreases,the saturation magnetic flux density changes little,and the coercivity,loss factor,total harmonic distortion and power loss increase.Therefore,when testing the magnetic properties of small paired magnetic core products,if the compressive stress can not be better controlled,it will lead to a large measurement error.In view of this,a set of magnetic core measurement clamping device is designed through the selection and calculation of spring,clamping force adjustment sensitivity,calibration,etc.,which can eliminate the measurement error introduced by clamping force,and has high engineering application value.
