超声乳化吸出+蓝光滤过型人工晶体对白内障患者术后恢复、并发症及睡眠的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析超声乳化吸出+蓝光滤过型人工晶体在白内障患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年12月至2023年1月湖北省浠水县中医院收治的白内障患者70例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法,分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组采取超声乳化吸出+硬性人工晶体植入术,观察组采取超声乳化吸出+蓝光滤过型人工晶体植入术。结果:治疗后,观察组患者视力水平、角膜散光均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);眼压水平对比差异不显著,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组并发症发生率、睡眠质量、睡眠状态评分均显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:对白内障患者实施超声乳化吸出+蓝光滤过型人工晶体植入术,能够提高睡眠状态和质量,减少并发症发生率,术后视力恢复情况尚可,应用价值较高。Objective:To analyze the application effect of phacoemulsification+blue light filter intraocular lens in cataract patients.Methods:A total of 70 cataract patients admitted to Xishui County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Hubei Province from December 2019 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the numerical table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group adopted phacoemulsification+hard intraocular lens implantation,and the observation group adopted phacoemulsification+blue light filtration intraocular lens implantation to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:After treatment,the visual acuity level and corneal astigmatism in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P s<0.05).The difference in IOP levels was not significant(P>0.05).The complication rate,sleep quality and sleep status score of the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Phacoemulsification+blue light filtration intraocular lens implantation for cataract patients can improve the sleep state and quality,reduce the incidence of complications,and have high application value.
