摘　　要：目的:探讨心脏康复模式对心房颤动患者心率控制、心理状态及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2020年4月至2022年4月福建省厦门市社会福利中心松柏医院内科收治的心房颤动患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组实施心脏康复模式干预,比较2组护理效果。结果:干预后,观察组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分及静息心率、并发症发生率低于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组6 min步行试验(6MWT)、左室射血分数(LVEF)及心房颤动复律率高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:心脏康复模式能使心房颤动患者心室率控制在稳定区间,并可促进心房颤动转复为窦性心律,改善心功能,减少并发症发生,提高睡眠质量。Objective:To explore the effects of cardiac rehabilitation mode on heart rate control,mental state and sleep quality in patients with atrial fibrillation.Methods:A total of 80 patients with atrial fibrillation admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given cardiac rehabilitation mode intervention,and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After intervention,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores,resting heart rate and complication rate in observation group were lower than those in control group(P s<0.05).The recurrence rates of 6-minute walking test(6MWT),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and atrial fibrillation conversion rate in observation group were higher than those in control group(P s<0.05).Conclusion:The cardiac rehabilitation mode can control the ventricular rate in the stable range,promote the conversion of atrial fibrillation into sinus rhythm,improve the heart function,reduce the occurrence of complications and improve the sleep quality.
