动态血糖监测联合胰岛素泵治疗对妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖血脂水平及妊娠结局的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨动态血糖监测联合胰岛素泵治疗在妊娠期糖尿病(Gestational Diabetes Mellitus,GDM)患者中的应用效果。方法回顾性选取2021年6月—2023年6月成武县人民医院收治的80例GDM患者的临床资料,按不同血糖监测及治疗方法分为两组,各40例。对照组行血糖监测联合胰岛素注射治疗,观察组行动态血糖监测联合胰岛素泵治疗。对比两组血糖血脂水平、妊娠结局。结果治疗后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇高于对照组;观察组不良妊娠结局发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论动态血糖监测联合胰岛素泵治疗能改善GDM患者血糖血脂指标,减少不良妊娠结局的发生。Objective To explore the application effect of ambulatory glucose monitoring combined with insulin pump therapy in gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)patients.Methods The clinical data of 80 cases of GDM patients ad⁃mitted to Chengwu County People's Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were retrospectively selected,and they were divided into two groups of 40 cases each according to different blood glucose monitoring and treatment methods.The control group was treated with glucose monitoring combined with insulin injection,and the observation group was treated with ambulatory glucose monitoring combined with insulin pump.Compare the two groups'blood glucose and lipid levels and pregnancy outcomes.Results After treatment,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,total cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in observation group were lower than those in control group,and high density lipoprotein cholesterol was higher than those in control group.The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Ambulatory glucose monitoring combined with insulin pump therapy can improve the blood glucose and lipid indexes of GDM patients and reduce the incidence of adverse preg⁃nancy outcomes.
