葛根芩连汤治疗糖尿病患者的有效性及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的探究对湿热蕴结型糖尿病患者采用葛根芩连汤治疗的有效性及安全性。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月福州市长乐区中医院收治的86例湿热蕴结型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,以随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组予以常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上实施葛根芩连汤。对比两组血糖水平、临床疗效、不良反应和生活质量。结果观察组治疗总有效率(95.35%)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.108,P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组各血糖指标水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组生活质量各项评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论湿热蕴结型糖尿病患者通过葛根芩连汤治疗,血糖水平以及不良反应发生率均降低,疗效突出,患者生活质量提高。Objective To investigate the effectiveness and safety of Gegen Qinlian Decoction in the treatment of diabe⁃tes mellitus patients with damp-heat accumulation.Methods A total of 86 cases of diabetes mellitus patients with damp-heat accumulation in Changle District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to Decem⁃ber 2022 were selected as the study objects and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the ob⁃servation group was treated with Gegen Qinlian Decoction on the basis of routine treatment.The blood glucose level,clinical efficacy,adverse reactions and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total effec⁃tive rate of treatment in the observation group(95.35%)was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.108,P<0.05).The total incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood glucose index lev⁃els of the observation group was lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differ⁃ences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After the treatment of Gegen Qinlian Decoction in patients with damp-heat accumulation type diabetes,the blood glucose and adverse reaction levels were reduced,the curative effect was prominent,and the quality of life of the patients was improved.
