除湿止痒洗剂联合糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗丘疹性荨麻疹的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探究除湿止痒洗剂联合糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗丘疹性荨麻疹的效果。方法选择2022年9月—2023年9月枣庄市皮肤病性病防治院门诊收治的88例丘疹性荨麻疹患者作为研究对象,利用“数字1:1分配法”将其分入两组,即常规组44例、研究组44例。在基本内服药物治疗基础上,常规组行单一用药方案(糠酸莫米松乳膏),研究组行联合用药方案(除湿止痒洗剂+糠酸莫米松乳膏),比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后面部症状积分、疾病复发率。结果治疗后,研究组临床疗效为95.45%高于常规组的79.55%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.090,P<0.05)。研究组面部症状积分、疾病复发率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论对丘疹性荨麻疹患者使用除湿止痒洗剂、糠酸莫米松乳膏联合治疗可有效改善皮肤症状,减少皮损,提高疗效。Objective To explore the effect of dewetting antipruritic lotion combined with mometasone furoate cream on papular urticaria.Methods Eighty-eight patients with papular urticaria treated in the outpatient department of Zao⁃zhuang Dermatology and Venereal Disease Prevention and Control Hospital were selected as the study objects from September 2022 to September 2023,and were divided into two groups by using the"1:1 allocation method"namely,forty-four cases in the routine group and forty-four cases in the study group.On the basis of basic internal drug treat⁃ment,the routine group was given a single medication regimen(mometasone furoate cream),and the study group was given a combined medication regimen(dewetting antipruritic lotion+mometasone furoate cream).The clinical effi⁃cacy,facial symptom score before and after treatment,and disease recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the clinical effect of the study group was 95.45%higher than that of the conventional group(79.55%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.090,P<0.05).The facial symptom score and disease recurrence rate of the study group were lower than those of the routine group,the differences were statistically signifi⁃cant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with papular urticaria,the combination of dewetting antipru⁃ritic lotion and mometasone furoate cream can effectively improve skin symptoms,reduce skin lesions and improve cu⁃rative effect.
