摘 要:目的探讨康复训练联合阶梯式融合性箱庭疗法在孤独症谱系障碍患儿中的应用。方法将70例孤独症谱系障碍患儿按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。对照组患儿采用康复训练,观察组患儿在对照组基础上给予阶梯式融合性箱庭疗法。干预前后,采用儿童孤独症评定量表(CARS)、Gesell发育量表(GDS)、社交反应量表(SRS)以及长处和困难问卷(SDQ)分别评定患儿的病情严重程度、智力水平、社交能力以及情绪行为问题。结果干预后,两组患儿CARS评分均较干预前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.01);两组患儿GDS各维度评分均较干预前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.01);两组患儿SRS总分及各维度评分均较干预前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05或0.01);两组患儿SDQ各维度评分均较干预前改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。结论康复训练联合阶梯式融合性箱庭疗法能有效减轻3~6岁孤独症谱系障碍患儿的病情严重程度,提高患儿智力水平和社交能力,改善其情绪行为,值得在临床推广。Objective To explore the application effect of rehabilitation training combined with progressively integrated sandplay therapy(PIST)in children with autism spectrum disorders(ASD).Methods Seventy ASD children were divided into observation and control group according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.Controls received rehabilitation training and observation group did the PIST on the basis of controls.Before and after intervention illness severity,intelligence levels,social ability and emotional behavioral problems were assessed using the Childhood Autism Rating Scale(CARS),Gesell Developmental Scale(GDS),Social Responsiveness Scale(SRS),Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire(SDQ),respectively.Results After intervention scores on the CARS in both groups lowered compared with pre-intervention and that was lower in observation than control group(P<0.01);each dimension scores of the GDS in both groups elevated and those were higher in observation than control group(P<0.01);total and each dimension scores of the SRS in both groups lowered and those were lower in observation than control group(P<0.05 or 0.01);each dimension scores of the SDQ in both groups improved and those were better in observation than control group(P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion Rehabilitation training combined with the PIST can effectively alleviate illness severity of 3~6 year ASD children,raises their intelligence levels and social ability,improves emotional behaviors,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
