益气补肾强底汤对重度子宫脱垂术后创伤康复的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨益气补肾强底汤对重度子宫脱垂(SUP)术后创伤康复的影响。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年1月60例SUP患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组术后行常规治疗,观察组术后增加益气补肾强底汤治疗。观察两组患者血清指标、盆腔脏器脱垂程度、性生活及生活质量。结果:术后1周、2周观察组患者血清缺血修饰白蛋白、肌红蛋白、总抗氧化能力均低于对照组(P<0.05);术后6个月两组患者盆腔脏器脱垂程度低于术前(P<0.05),但两组对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后6个月观察组患者生理、情感、性伴侣因素评分及术后生活质量评分均高于对照组(P>0.05)。结论:益气补肾强底汤用于重度子宫脱垂术后治疗,可有效促进手术创伤的恢复,改善盆腔脏器脱垂,提高性生活质量及生活质量。Objective:To explore the effect of yiqi bushen qiangdi tang on postoperative wound recovery of severe uterine prolapse(SUP).Methods:Sixty cases of SUP patients treated from January 2021 to January 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group received routine postoperative treatment,the observation group received additional treatment with yiqi bushen qiangdi Tang.The Serum indexes,pelvic organ prolapse,sexual life and quality of life were observed.Results:At 1 and 2 weeks after operation,the levels of serum ischemia modified albumin,myoglobin and the total antioxidant capacity in the observation group were lower than in the control group(P<0.05).Six months after operation,pelvic organ prolapse in the two groups was lower than that before operation(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),and the scores of physiological,emotional and sexual partner factors in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),the scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Treating severe uterine prolapse with yiqi bushen qiangdi tang after surgery can effectively promote the recovery of surgical trauma,improve pelvic organ prolapse,improve sexual life and life quality.
