摘　　要：有相关研究表明,我国育龄期女性不孕症的发病率呈上升趋势。导致不孕症的因素或病因有诸多,子宫内膜过薄是其原因之一。夏桂成教授提出“心-肾-子宫轴”的学术观点,“心-肾-子宫轴”在女性内分泌调节及其子宫内膜周期性演变中具有重要作用。子宫内膜生长,直接与心肾两脏相关联,薄型子宫内膜不孕症的证治中自然也强调心肾的重要性。笔者现基于“心-肾-子宫轴”理论展开综述,探讨薄型子宫内膜不孕症的作用机制及中医治疗对策,以期为今后临床治疗提供思路与方法。Relevant studies have shown that the incidence of infertility in women of childbearing age in China is on the rise.There are many factors or causes of infertility,and the thin endometrium is one of the reasons.Professor XIA Guicheng put forward the academic view of"heart-kidney-uterus axis",which plays an important role in female endocrine regulation and periodic evolution of endometrium.Endometrial growth is directly related to heart and kidney.The importance of heart and kidney is naturally emphasized in the treatment of thin endometrial infertility.Based on the theory of"heart-kidney-uterus axis",the author reviews the mechanism of thin endometrial infertility and the treatment strategies of traditional Chinese medicine,in order to provide ideas and methods for future clinical treatment.
