摘　　要：目的:探讨温阳通脉汤辅助治疗慢性心力衰竭患者的效果。方法:选取平顶山市中医医院2020年8月至2022年12月期间收治的82例慢性心力衰竭患者,按照简单随机法分为对照组和观察组,每组41例。对照组患者给予常规药物治疗,观察组患者进行温阳通脉汤辅助常规药物治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、心功能、氧化应激反应及血清指标。结果:观察组患者总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后,观察组患者左心室收缩末期容积(LVESV)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)低于对照组,左室射血分数(LVEF)高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后,观察组患者血清丙二醛(MDA)、过氧化脂质(LPO)水平低于对照组,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、总抗氧化能力(TAC)水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后,观察组患者心肌肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(cTnⅠ)及脑利尿钠肽(BNP)水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:温阳通脉汤辅助治疗慢性心力衰竭患者能有效提高其临床疗效,改善心功能,缓解氧化应激反应。Objective To investigate the effect of Wenyang Tongmai decoction in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 82 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to Pingdingshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to simple random method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional drug treatment,and the observation group was given Wenyang Tongmai decoction to assist conventional drug treatment.The clinical efficacy,cardiac function,oxidative stress response and serum indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular end systolic volume(LVESV),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of malondialdehyde(MDA)and lipid peroxide(LPO)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and total antioxidant capacity(TAC)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of cardiac troponin I(cTnI)and brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Wenyang Tongmai decoction can effectively improve clinical efficacy,improve cardiac function and relieve oxidative stress in patients with chronic heart failure.
