摘　　要：目的:探讨上尿路结石合并真菌感染治疗的全过程管理方案。方法:回顾性分析2021年8月—2023年6月北京怀柔医院收治的5例上尿路结石合并真菌感染的治疗全过程管理的临床资料,并进行相关文献复习。结果:患者经过手术解除梗阻+足疗程抗真菌治疗后均完全治愈。结论:上尿路结石合并真菌感染在临床上相对较少见。术前需严格确定适应证,术中应注意控制灌注压力和流量,同时进行足量足疗程的抗真菌治疗,并及时拔除或更换输尿管支架。objective To explore the comprehensive management of treatment for urinary tract stones complicated with fungal infection.Methods Clinical data of 5 cases of urinary tract stones combined with urinary fungal infection admitted to Beijing Huairou Hospital from August 2021 to June 2023 were retrospectively analyzed,and relevant literature was reviewed.Results All patients were completely cured after surgical relief of obstruction and adequate antifungal treatment.Conclusions urinary tract stones complicated with fungal infection are relatively rare in clinical practice.Preoperative indications need to be strictly determined,intraoperative control of infusion pressure and flow should be emphasized,along with adequate and timely antifungal treatment,and prompt removal or replacement of ureteral stents.
