某高职院校学生艾滋病防治知识知晓情况调查

摘　　要：目的了解黔东南州某高职院校在校生对艾滋病防治知识的知晓情况,为降低校园艾滋病传播的风险、提出校园教育干预策略提供科学依据。方法2021年11—12月,采用方便抽样方法抽取某职业技术学院在校生进行艾滋病健康知识问卷调查,分析比较采用χ^(2)检验。结果本次调查在校学生1861名,对艾滋病防治知识的总体知晓率为77.59%,其中非医学专业学生为69.79%,医学专业学生为83.75%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=51.405,P<0.001)。学生对艾滋病严重程度、我国青年学生疫情形势以及我国法律对艾滋病人的权益保护等知识知晓率不及80%。艾滋病防治知识获取途径方面,95.06%的学生通过教师讲解,其次是网络宣传(89.63%)、电视宣传(82.91%)。结论黔东南地区高职院校学生艾滋病防治知识知晓率还有待提高,医学专业学生艾滋病防治知识总知晓率明显高于非医学专业学生,应针对不同专业背景学生开展不同形式、内容的艾滋病相关知识宣传。Objective To investigate the knowledge of HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment among students in a vocational college in Qiandongnan Prefecture to provide scientific evidence for reducing the risk of HIV/AIDS transmission in schools and proposing intervention strategies for campus education.Methods From November to December 2021,students in a vocational and technical college were selected by convenient sampling method to conduct a questionnaire survey on HIV health knowledge,and the chi-square test was used for analysis and comparison.Results In this survey,1861 students were enrolled in the survey,and the overall awareness rate of HIV/AIDS prevention and control knowledge was 77.59%,including 69.79%of non-medical students and 83.75%of medical students,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=51.405,P<0.001).Less than 80%of students were aware of the severity of HIV/AIDS,the epidemic situation among young students in China,and the protection of the rights and interests of HIV/AIDS patients in China's laws.In terms of the way to obtain knowledge of HIV/AIDS prevention and control,95.06%of the students explained through teachers,followed by online publicity(89.63%)and TV publicity(82.91%).Conclusion The awareness rate of HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment knowledge among students in vocational colleges in Qiandongnan Prefecture needs to be improved,and the total awareness rate of HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment knowledge among medical students is significantly higher than that of non-medical students.
