摘　　要：目的:了解集成灶用户的真实需求,提高用户使用满意度.方法:首先通过引入评价构造法(EGM)对用户进行深度访谈,获得主要目标群体对集成灶的多项需求;然后,结合KJ法对这些需求进行整合、筛选及补充,将其归纳为基本功能、外观形态以及智能交互3个类别,并根据类别绘制评价构造图;然后运用专家打分法、访谈法和AHP层次分析法,构建层次需求指标模型,并计算出各需求指标的权重值,最后以此来指导设计实践.结果:研究提出的集成灶设计方案在用户调研中获得了更高的满意度.结论:EGM-AHP法对了解集成灶用户需求,创新集成灶设计,提升用户满意度有一定的参考价值.Objective:The purpose of the paper is to accurately understand the needs of integrated cooker users,and to improve user satisfaction.Methods:Firstly,the evaluation grid method(EGM)is introduced to conduct in-depth interviews with users to obtain multiple needs for integrated cookers.Secondly,these needs are integrated,screened and supplemented by KJ method,and are categorized into basic functions,appearance forms and intelligent interactions,and the evaluation structure diagram is drawn accordingly.Then,using the expert scoring method,interview method and AHP method,the hierarchical requirement index model is constructed,and the weight of each requirement index is calculated,which finally guides the design practice.Results:The integrated cooker design scheme based on the EGM-AHP method obtains higher satisfaction in the user research.Conclusion:The results show that the EGM-AHP method can help understand user needs and achieve innovative design of integrated cookers,so as to improve user satisfaction.
