摘　　要：The Global Civilization Initiative has provided a clear direction for greater exchange between China and India,and it is already playing a guiding role for future development and cooperation between the two countries.On March 15,2023,Chinese President Xi Jinping,also general secretary of the Communist Party of China(CPC)Central Committee,delivered a keynote address titled"Join Hands on thePath Towards Modernization"at the CPC in Dialogue with World Political Parties Highlevel Meeting.
