摘  要:经皮给药是临床常用的给药方式之一,但存在皮肤渗透率低、药效持续时间短、生物利用率低等局限性。为提高临床疗效,增加患者依从性,应用于经皮给药的脂质纳米给药系统开发受到研究者们的青睐。笔者对用于经皮给药系统的脂质纳米给药系统进行归纳总结,以期为经皮给药制剂的临床应用与脂质纳米给药系统的进一步研究提供参考。Transdermal drug delivery is one of the most commonly used clinical drug delivery methods,but it has some limitations such as low skin permeability,short duration of efficacy and low bioavailability.In order to improve the clinical efficacy of drugs and increase patient compliance,the development of lipid nano drug delivery systems for transdermal drug delivery has been favored by researchers.In this paper,the lipid nano drug delivery systems used in transdermal drug delivery systems were summarized in order to provide reference for the clinical application of transdermal drug delivery preparations and the further study of lipid nano drug delivery systems.
