摘  要:表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)作为一种高灵敏分析技术,在环境分析和食品安全等领域具有良好的应用潜力。SERS传感器极易受到环境基质的干扰,因此,采用前处理等方法消除环境因素的干扰非常重要。其中,构建电分离/富集-检测一体化分析策略是实现复杂样本中痕量荷电分子精准检测的重要策略之一。本研究以丝网印刷电极(SPCE)为载体,采用电化学还原一步法制备还原氧化石墨烯(RGO)和金纳米颗粒(AuNPs)复合物(Au-RGO)负载的SPCE,结合电动捕获技术进行荷电分子的选择性分离和高效富集,利用Au-RGO的信号放大作用,实现了对西玛津、杀草强、甲基对硫磷和马拉硫磷4种农药残留的高灵敏SERS检测。本方法的线性检测范围宽(0.001~500μmol/L),检出限为0.3~2.0nmol/L。将本方法用于果蔬样品的检测,检测结果与气相色谱-质谱方法的检测结果一致。本方法避免了传统SERS传感器用于环境和食品分析时面临的复杂基质干扰和前处理繁琐等问题,为环境污染物的现场快速检测提供了技术参考。Surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)is a kind of highly sensitive analytical technique for trace amount analytes,which shows great application potential in environmental analysis and food safety.Due to the potential matrices interference,it is essential to eliminate or reduce the interference of environment factors.The strategy of integration of separation/concentration with detection is an effective way to ensure accurate detection of charged molecules in complex samples.In this study,an all-in-one strategy for simultaneous concentration and highly sensitive detection of charged pesticides was developed based on the use of a reduced graphene oxide-gold nanoparticles nanocomposite(Au-RGO)modified screen-printed carbon electrode(SPCE)and combining electrokinetic trapping and SERS detection.By virtue of the signal amplification of Au-RGO,the sensitive detection of simazine,amitrole,malathion and methyl-parathion was realized.The method had wide linear detection ranges for the four kinds of pesticides(0.001-500μmol/L),with detection limits from 0.3 to 2.0 nmol/L.This study provided a solution for the bottleneck issues such as matrix interferences and sophisticated pretreatment procedures of traditional SERS sensor for complex media,providing a new analytical method for in-field detection of environment pollutants.
