摘  要:近年煤矿的智能化发展取得了一些成就但仍存在一系列问题.这为高校智能采矿工程新专业人才的培养提出了行业要求.总结我国采矿工程智能化发展存在的问题和对智能采矿工程专业人才的总体要求,在知识储备与运用、问题分析与评价、方案设计与开发、研究手段掌握、现代工具使用、工程问题社会影响分析、环境保护和可持续发展意识、职业规范、组织管理与协作沟通、终身学习意识和能力10个方面形成行业对智能采矿工程专业人才的需求,制定了5大培养目标,可为其他高校智能采矿工程专业人才培养提供一定参考.In recent years,there have been some achievements in the intelligent development and construction of coal mines,but there are still a series of problems,which have put forward industry requirements for talent cultivation of new majors in intelligent mining engineering in universities.The problems in the intelligent development of mining engineering in China and the overall requirements for intelligent mining engineering professionals in universities are summarized in this paper.The industry demand for intelligent mining engineering professionals was formed in ten aspects:knowledge reserve and application,problem analysis and evaluation,scheme design and development,mastery of research methods,use of modern tools,analysis of social impact of engineering problems,awareness of environmental protection and sustainable development,professional norms,organizational management and collaborative communication,and lifelong learning.Five major talent development goals were formulated,and their support for industry capability requirements was analyzed.This paper can provide some reference for the cultivation of intelligent mining engineering professionals in other universities.
