摘 要:中国高等教育已经进入普及化发展阶段.随着高校招生规模的不断扩大和毕业生人数的急剧增加,大学生面临越来越大的就业压力和生存挑战.为顺应新时代高等教育现代化的使命和任务,助力毕业生高质量充分就业,应用型高校应持续深化人才培养模式改革创新,以“价值塑造”和“能力培养”为导向,构建一套服务学生全面发展和终身幸福的通才人才培养评价指标体系,有效支撑通才人才培养目标,优化通才人才培养环节,提高通才人才自主培养质量,为国家和地方经济社会发展培养更多高素质、复合型、创新型、实践型人才.China's higher education has entered the stage of popularization development,and college students are facing more and more employment pressure and survival challenges with the continuous expansion of the enrollment scale of colleges and universities and the rapid increase of the number of graduates.In order to comply with the mission and task of higher education modernization in the new era and help graduates obtain high-quality and full employment,applied colleges and universities should continuously deepen the reform and innovation of talent training mode,taking“value shaping”and“ability training”as the basis and constructing a set of evaluation index system for the cultivation of general talents to serve the all-round development and lifelong happiness of students,which can effectively support the goal of general talents training,optimize the links of general talent training,and improve the quality of independent training of generalist talents,and which can train more high-quality,compound,innovative and practical talents for national and local economic and social development.
