摘  要:针对蒙东电网大规模风电频率支撑问题,以通辽某风电场为对象进行一次调频实测。首次以风电场实时有功出力计算一次调频的功率调节量开展试验测试,基于风电场场站端4种一次调频性能试验数据,通过Origin软件分析了风电机组有功功率响应情况,计算得出各性能试验的参数指标。试验表明,风电场开展一次调频测试具有可行性与必要性,对高渗透率风电参与一次调频的工程应用具有指导与借鉴意义,可以有效增强蒙东电网网源协调能力,保障电网安全稳定运行。According to the problem of frequency support for large-scale wind power in East Inner Mongolia Power Grid,a wind farm in Tongliao is measured by primary frequency modulation.For the first time,it uses the real-time active power output of wind farm to calculate the power regulation of primary frequency modulation.Based on the test data of four kinds of primary frequency modulation performance at the end of the wind farm,it analyzes the active power response of wind turbine by Origin software,and calculates the parameters of each performance test.The test shows that it is feasible and necessary to carry out primary frequency modulation test in wind farm,and has guidance and reference for high permeability wind power to participate in the engineering application of primary frequency modulation,which can effectively enhance the coordination ability of east inner mongolia network source and ensure the safe and stable operation of power grid.
