摘　　要：针对某电厂锅炉由于空气预热器入口烟温偏低、空气预热器换热效果差等原因导致排烟温度升高,影响锅炉带出力的问题,采用更换空气预热器中高温换热元件并将高温换热元件加高300 mm,同时在检修期间对燃烧器摆角进行调整,满足锅炉带满出力及降低排烟温度要求。从改造效果、改造投资回报率及改造后安全经济性方案分析均具有可行性,为同类机组改造提供参考。According to the issue of low flue gas temperature at the air preheater inlet of a power plant boiler,the increase in exhaust gas temperature is due to poor heat exchange efficiency of the air preheater,the issue affecting the output of the boiler.The high temperature heat exchanger element in the air preheater is replaced and the high temperature heat exchanger element is increased by 300 mm.At the same time,the swing angle of the burner is adjusted during the inspection,which meets the requirements of the full output of the boiler and reduces the exhaust gas temperature.It is feasible to analyze the transformation effect,the return on investment and the safety and economic plan after the transformation,which provides reference for the transformation of equivalent units.
