摘 要:少油点火系统是火电企业重要节能设施,是锅炉炉膛安全监控系统的重要组成部分。各企业少油点火系统的控制逻辑不同,现有控制逻辑不完全符合新标准要求,机组安全生产存在较大隐患。尤其是少油点火参与到炉膛安全监控系统系统的全炉膛火焰丧失和全炉膛灭火保护,锅炉投煤初期燃烧不佳,煤火检丧失,该保护不会动作,存在锅炉爆燃的可能。为此,对36台机组的少油点火系统控制逻辑进行了专项调研,通过对在运机组调研,对少油点火系统控制逻辑存在的问题进行整理分析,结合标准相关要求,提出控制逻辑优化建议,以提高火电机组安全性。Less oil ignition system is an important energy-saving facility in thermal power enterprises and an important part of boiler furnace safety monitoring system.The control logic of less oil ignition system is different in different enterprises and the existing control logic does not fully meet the requirements of the new standard.There is a big hidden danger in the safety production of the unit.In particular,less oil ignition is involved in the FSSS system of full furnace flame loss and full furnace fire extinguishing protection.The initial combustion of coal in the boiler is not good,and the coal fire detection loss.The protection will not operate,there is a possibility of boiler deflagration.Therefore,the control logic of less oil ignition system of 36 units is investigated.Through the investigation of the unit in operation,it sorts out and analyzes the problems existing in control logic of less oil ignition system.Combined with the relevant requirements of standards,the control logic optimization suggestions are put forward to improve the safety of thermal power units.
