摘 要:通过在现有四管泄漏监测系统中添加通信程序,将电子间四管泄漏监测系统的参数发送到DCS上进行显示和控制逻辑组态,方便运行人员随时查看四管泄漏监测系统探头状态和进行探头自检操作,及时发现探头故障,避免四管泄漏系统误报拒报。在DCS上利用采集到的四管泄漏监测系统的参数,结合DCS上已有的吹灰系统压力参数和炉膛壁温IDAS相关温度参数做相关逻辑优化和策略判断,进一步提高四管泄漏系统的准确性和可靠性。结果表明,该方法降低了四管泄漏监测系统误报拒报风险,降低了运行人员劳动强度,提高了机组稳定性。By adding a communication program to the existing four tubes leakage system,the parameters of the electronic room four tubes leakage system are sent to DCS for display and logical configuration,making it convenient for operators to check the probe status of the four tubes leakage system and perform probe self inspection operations at any time,timely detecting probe faults,and avoiding false alarms and rejection of the four tubes leakage system.By utilizing the collected parameters of the four tubes leakage system on DCS and combining them with the existing pressure parameters of the soot blowing system and IDAS related temperature parameters of the furnace wall temperature,relevant logic optimization and strategic judgment are carried out to further improve the accuracy and reliability of the four tubes leakage system.The practical results show that this method reduces the risk of false alarms due to four tubes leakage,reduces the labor intensity of operators,and improves the stability of the unit.
