紫外光固化接枝明胶改性可生物降解水性聚氨酯的性能研究

摘　　要：以聚己内酯二醇(PCL)为软段成分,丙烯酸羟乙基酯(HEA)为封端剂,制备了具有丙烯酸酯端基的水性聚氨酯(WPU)预聚体。将乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷(VTMS)与明胶水解缩合反应后得到的乙烯基接枝改性明胶(GH)通过共价键合的连接方式引入到WPU分子骨架中。通过紫外光固化将GH中的乙烯基和WPU预聚体中的丙烯酸酯末端连接,制备了可生物降解的WPU/GH复合材料。对WPU/GH的热性能、热失重性能及生物降解性能、降解后结晶度的变化等进行了测试和分析。结果表明,共价键合能提高WPU的成膜性能、耐水性和热稳定性。当GH含量达到10 wt.%时,WPU/GH在0.6%脂肪酶PBS溶液中的降解率达到68%,在土壤中的降解率达到56%。Waterborne polyurethane(WPU)prepolymers with acrylate end groups were prepared using polycaprolactone diol(PCL)as the soft segment component and hydroxyethyl acrylate(HEA)as the capping agent.Vinyl graft-modified gelatin(GH)obtained from the hydrolysis-condensation reaction of vinyltrimethoxysilane(VTMS)and gelatin was introduced into the molecular backbone of WPU by covalent bonding attachment.Biodegradable WPU/GH composites were prepared by joining the vinyl groups in GH to the acrylate ends in the WPU prepolymer by UV curing.The thermal properties,heat loss properties and biodegradation properties of WPU/GH,and the change of crystallinity after degradation were tested and analysed.The results showed that covalent bonding could improve the film-forming property,water resistance and thermal stability of WPU.When the GH content reaches 10 wt.%,the degradation rate of GH/WPU chemical hybrid material reaches 68%in 0.6%lipase PBS solution and 56%in soil.
