摘  要:目的:探讨血液透析患者ABCG2功能异常变体Q141K(rs2231142)基因多态性、ABCG2功能类型与血清尿酸(SUA)水平的相关性。方法:选取维持性血液透析患者190例为研究对象,根据ABCG2功能异常变体Q126X(rs72552713)和Q141K基因多态性评估ABCG2功能类型。比较不同ABCG2 Q141K位点基因多态性、ABCG2功能类型与SUA水平的相关性。结果:按ABCG2 Q141K基因多态性分为GG基因型115例(占60.53%)、GT基因型60例(占31.58%)、TT基因型15例(占7.89%);按ABCG2功能类型分为全功能组111例(占58.42%)、3/4功能组60例(占31.58%)、1/2功能组19例(占10.00%)。不同ABCG2 Q141K基因型、ABCG2功能类型患者SUA水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);多因素线性回归分析表明,ABCG2 Q141K基因型、ABCG2功能类型与SUA水平呈显著正相关。结论:ABCG2 Q141K基因型、ABCG2功能类型与血液透析患者SUA水平呈显著正相关,可作为预测血液透析患者SUA水平的指标和降低SUA水平的药物治疗靶点。Objective:To investigate the correlation between the ABCG2 functional variant Q141K(rs2231142)gene polymorphism,ABCG2 functional types,and serum uric acid(SUA)levels in hemodialysis patients.Methods:A total of 190 maintenance hemodialysis patients were selected as the study subjects.ABCG2 functional types were assessed based on the gene polymorphisms of ABCG2 functional variant Q126X(rs72552713)and Q141K.The correlation between different ABCG2 Q141K genotypes,ABCG2 functional types,and SUA levels was compared.Results:According to the ABCG2 Q141K gene polymorphism,there were 115 cases of GG genotype(60.53%),60 cases of GT genotype(31.58%),and 15 cases of TT genotype(7.89%).According to ABCG2 functional types,there were 111 cases in the full-function group(58.42%),60 cases in the 3/4 function group(31.58%),and 19 cases in the 1/2 function group(10.00%).Differences in SUA levels among patients with different ABCG2 Q141K genotypes and ABCG2 functional types were statistically significant(P<0.001).Multivariate linear regression analysis showed a significant positive correlation between ABCG2 Q141K genotypes,ABCG2 functional types,and SUA levels.Conclusion:The ABCG2 Q141K genotype and ABCG2 functional types are significantly positively correlated with SUA levels in hemodialysis patients,serving as indicators for predicting SUA levels and as therapeutic targets for reducing SUA levels in hemodialysis patients.
