摘  要:目的:探讨组织二尖瓣环位移(TMAD)技术评价左心室收缩功能指标的可行性。方法:选取100名健康成年人为研究对象,采用简化双平面Simpson法测量其左心室射血分数(LVEF),应用TMAD测量并计算二尖瓣环周边附着处4个位点的收缩期位移均值(TMAD-mean),二尖瓣环周边附着处连线中点位移均值(TMAD-midpt)及二尖瓣环周边附着处连线中点位移率均值(TMAD-midpt%),分析TMAD各参数与LVEF的相关性。结果:TMAD-mean、TMAD-midpt及TMAD-midpt%与LVEF均呈显著正相关(P<0.001),且TMAD-midpt%与LVEF相关性最好(r=0.813)。结论:TMAD技术是一种可以用来评价左心室收缩功能的新方法。Objective:To investigate the feasibility of tissue mitral annular displacement(TMAD)technique in evaluating left ventricular systolic function.Methods:A total of 100 healthy volunteers were selected for the study.Left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was measured by simplified biplane Simpson method.TMAD was applied to measure and calculate the mean value of the maximum displacement at 4 sites of the mitral ring(TMAD-mean),the mean value of the maximum displacement in the midpoint of the insertion point around the mitral ring(TMAD-midpt)and its percentage in the diastolic left ventricular diameter(TMAD-midpt%).The correlation between TMAD parameters and LVEF was analyzed.Results:TMAD-mean,TMAD-midpt,and TMAD-midpt%were significantly positively correlated with LVEF(P<0.001),with TMAD-midpt%showing the strongest correlation(r=0.813).Conclusion:TMAD technique is a novel method for evaluating left ventricular systolic function.
