摘 要:通过液-液平衡实验测定了温度303.15 K和一定剂/油比条件下6种不同离子液体(ILs)在芳烃抽提中对芳烃的分离效果,获得了较优ILs萃取剂1-烯丙基-3-甲基咪唑双三氟甲磺酰亚胺盐([Amim][NTf 2]),并系统测定了温度303.15~323.15 K范围内正己烷+苯+[Amim][NTf 2]三元液-液相平衡数据,回归得到新NRTL热力学模型二元交互参数。基于环丁砜芳烃抽提工艺流程,设计和模拟了以[Amim][NTf 2]为替代萃取剂的分离工艺,并获得了最优操作参数(核心装置萃取塔15块理论板、中部回流流股进料位置第5块板、操作压力100 kPa)。结果表明,热集成后的[Amim][NTf 2]工艺能耗(20.82 MW)与环丁砜工艺相当,且在不考虑溶剂成本情况下,ILs工艺在年总成本(62.49×105 USD/a)方面更具优势。研究所得的相平衡实验数据和计算结果可为芳烃抽提过程设计和优化提供支撑。The separation performance of six different ionic liquids(ILs)in aromatics extraction at the temperature of 303.15 K and a certain solvent to oil ratio were evaluated by liquid-liquid equilibrium experiment.As a result,the optimal ILs extractant 1-allyl-3-methylimidazole bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)imide([Amim][NTf 2])was obtained.The liquid-liquid equilibrium data for ternary mixtures of n-hexane+benzene+[Amim][NTf 2]were then systematically determined at 303.15—323.15 K and atmospheric pressure.These data were regressed to obtain the novel binary interaction parameters of NRTL thermodynamic model for the investigated systems.Based on the sulfolane aromatics extraction process,the separation process of benzene extraction with[Amim][NTf 2]entrainer instead was designed and simulated,thus obtaining the optimum parameters as below:15 theoretical plates for core unit extraction column,5th plate in the middle reflux feed position,and operating pressure of 100 kPa.The results show that the new heat-integrated process with ILs solvent causes similar energy consumption(20.82 MW)as compared with sulfolane process.Meanwhile,the calculated annual total cost(62.49×105 USD/a)is lower for ILs process when without considering the solvent cost.The liquid-liquid equilibrium experimental data and process simulation results can provide a guide for aromatic extraction in practice.
