摘 要:加氢裂化作为生产柴油、润滑油、喷气燃料等清洁油品和石脑油、烯烃裂解原料等化工品的重要工艺技术,在石油化工行业中发挥着不可替代的作用。加氢裂化反应中的双功能催化剂是由金属中心和酸性载体组成,沸石基金属硫化物催化剂在工业加氢裂化反应中一直占据主导地位。重点总结并讨论了沸石基硫化物加氢裂化催化剂的加氢活性相以及载体的酸性质、织构性质等对催化剂活性以及选择性的影响;分析了金属中心与酸性中心之间的平衡匹配(即双中心数量配比和距离)对催化性能的影响,探讨了双中心协同作用的机理;并对高效加氢裂化催化剂的开发进行了总结与展望。As an important technology for the production of clean oils including diesel,lubricating oil and jet fuel and chemicals such as naphtha and olefin cracking materials,hydrocracking plays an irreplaceable role in the petrochemical industry.The bifunctional catalysts in the hydrocracking reaction are composed of metal sites and acid sites,and the zeolite-based metal sulfide catalysts have always been dominant in the industrial hydrocracking reaction.The effects of the hydrogenation active phase of zeolite-based metal sulfide hydrocracking catalysts and the acidity and texture properties of their carriers on the catalyst activity and selectivity are summarized and discussed.Further,an analysis is performed on the influence of the balance matching between metal and acid sites(the number ratio of metal sites to acid sites and their distance)on the catalytic performance,and the synergy of the two sites has been discussed in details.Finally,the development of high-efficiency hydrocracking catalysts is reviewed and prospected.
